Terrible Service-Incompetent Staff

I went to Vista without reading these reviews and now I am positive I would not even consider renting from this place. I sat in the waiting room and was ignored by "staff" for over 30 minutes and then walked out without being able to see the apartments. I was not even acknowledged as they the staff pretended to do "other" things and chat with each other. I do not understand how these folks get and keep jobs? Since then I have read these reviews and rented with another complex and am so thankful I did. They need to really seriously look at their business and customer service practices if they intend to rent out any of their apartments. People have LOTS of choices these days.
