Don't spoil their carpet, else you will end up paying for it!

Be very careful with the Vista carpets folks, they will make you pay if you spoil their carpet.

Pros: Business center with internet/printer, swimming pool, billiards room and ample parking space.

Cons: Trash seems to be piling sometimes / Move-out charges!
