One word for vista management is they are BIG CHEATERS AND LIERS. Dont believe in their words, they keep on changing day to day. Their actual character will come out when you get involve in some issue with them. They are just moneyminded buisnessmen with no heart. The management from bottom to top are very bad, they looks very polite and decent when you go initially to lease an apartment. Dont believe them, they fool innocent people by talking sweet sweet words,they know how to pull out ur hard earned money. When you get involve in some issue nobody is their in the management team to help you out even if it is their fault, they dont even recognize their mistakes, finally you will be the looser.

Wow, this couldn't be any closer to my situation if I had typed it up myself. After moving out, I only deal with the management staff through writing, because they have gone back on their word in EVERY WAY POSSIBLE.
