I hope this helps someone who may be considering living here. Yes these are nice new apartments and most of the time there is no problem but there is more to it than that. The dumpsters are over flowing before the truck comes, sometimes 2 weeks. The filters are super thin and custom sized so you are stuck. The worst is the water - it is reclaimed and it smells like a sewer. Don't drink it if you want to get out of the bathroom tomorrow.

The management lies, they will tell you anything to get a name on the lease. Then they take a hostile, harrassing approach until it is time to renew. I have been here since it opened and I have seen it, experienced it and talked to plenty of neighbors that have too.

There is a big difference between what you see before you sign and what happens after you move in.

This is totally uncalled for. The office staff has no problem with "straight guys" I am totally offended.

well i am at the apartments right beside you at the tradition of stonewater. oh my god, the staff is exactly the same here. the staff is/are so damn sneaky. unbelievable. and they were so convincing when i was looking for some where to move...

move to charlotte. much nicer and you can get a house for much less than the rent haha.
