I can't believe that ADULTS are writing these reviews. Have you children just moved out of your parents' homes? Do you not know how the real world works? Do you all really believe that just because your trash is not taken as timely as you would like that this constitutes a completely negative review of the apartment complex in itself? You people ruin the apartment you live in and do not follow through with the terms of your lease and then call the management crooks for charging for it; as ANY apartment community would do! The problem is not the management or the community, it is with you....by reading all of the negative comments, it sounds to me like the writer/s is simply one or two disgruntled tenant/s with bad grammar that seek to ruin the reputation of a quality business. I have lived in this community for 7 months. I moved from a luxury apartment complex in Florida to this LUXURY apartment complex. The apartment that I moved from was very nice, but I now pay FAR LESS for FAR MORE than I received in Florida. Park anywhere you damn well please, it is VERY quiet since it's nestled in the woods, well manicured and clean grounds, never had a car break-in, disturbance or cause of concern for safety, strong beautiful cabinets, sturdy balcony and new appliances, no need for maintenance (however they are on-call 24/7 for emergencies) and the maintenance and leasing office staff are professional. You North Carolinians have it good but would rather complain. Ridiculous!

Ooooohhh, I can sense your frustration. Such an angry tone my friend. Just the typical 'welcome to the neighborhood' post I would expect after what I have read here. Thank you for you honest reply, but wait....so what's your issue with my review? You don't disagree with any of it. It seems as though your only issue is with your own poor decision to sign a lease at Vista for the amount of money you did. It's not their fault, my fault or anyone else's pal, it's yours. Deal with it. Also, the comment that the drop in rental rates has anything to do with the quality of tenants is shallow and naive. Apparently, you think the drop in rent has invited knaves into the neighborhood do you? Careful as not to offend your neighbors, neighbor. As for Florida, maybe you should experience living in much worse for much more; I think that would add some appreciation to your obviously spoiled rental mentality. I must also insist, that you not write anymore replies or reviews until you get permission from a grown-up, ok?

Where do you come off belittling others because they've had bad experiences? You don't refer to adults as children because you disagree with them. The problem with your review is that you went away from the facts and your experiences, in order to take cheap shots at others concerning matters in which you have no knowledge. I had a few significant issues while living here that were a direct representation of poor management and a couple of lousy neighbors. That is great that you have had a peachy experience, however, it doesn't entitle you to degrade others who have posted negative reviews because you simply don't agree. I paid the going rate in this complex at the time that I signed my lease. I'm not angry that I paid that much. I got the same couple of free months like everyone else. I simply don't agree with the method the complex has chosen to use in order to fill the vacant apartments. As for the whole lack of appreciation, it's not my fault or anyone elses fault that you paid a ridiculous amount of money to live in some subpar apartment simply because it was in Florida. How about using this website as it was intended. See, you review your apartment complex and share your experiences for prospective tenants to decide if they would like to rent within your community. You don't use the site to complain about the 20 negative reviews that have been posted. You can't pass judgment on other people's experiences. You weren't there and you know absolutely nothing of their troubles. No one likes a drama queen.
