I lived there for a year, never missing a payment on a utility bill or rent. They sent a bill to a collections agency for a utility bill and carpet cleaning (even though our carpets were immaculate) after I moved out without even giving us notice that we owe them anything. When I went in there to see what was going on, they wouldn't let me talk to a manager, and treated me incredibly rudely. I asked why they didn't call me and was told it was my responsibility to contact them if I owed them money, even though we had no way of knowing. By far the worst experience I've had with an apartment, make sure to stay away!
