My husband and I moved from Waterford a few months ago. We moved due to job location. We have no complaints. Amy Lock helped us from day one, and she was always pleasant. I haven't really dealt with anyone but her and Julio ( maintenance). They both are great!
The apartment we lived in for 18 months was very nice and clean. And in good condition for being built in 1996... The grounds always look good. Maintenance was always promt and friendly. When we first moved in our neighbor was a bit noisy with his music, though one must expect some noise living in any apartment community. After a few months they moved and it was fine. As far as location, it was fantastic! I loved being so close to everything from shopping to I-40, Raliegh to Durham. Also, only about 15-20 minutes away from RDU airport.
We also took good care of our apartment and left it very clean when we left, and got our full deposit back within 3 weeks.
Oh and one last thing, we did live on the 3rd floor, and had an end unit. I do think it matters on location. Though we had many stairs to walk up everyday, it was pretty quiet, and that's not worth complaining about.
