I would have to agree that I have received less than desirable service from the office staff. They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if they would have my carpets cleaned 12 months into a 18 month lease. They said that it was my responsibility to have the carpets cleaned. Every other apartment complex I have lived at was more than happy to supply one carpet cleaning every 12 months. Other than their lack of customer service, the price is reasonable and the location is great.
