I have enjoyed my years with Waterford Forest. I've lived here for two years. I recently moved out because I bought a house. The place was very well lit and clean. I loved the location and would have rented again if I could.
If you are looking for an apartment, you should live there. A friend of mine just moved into Waterford Forest when I left. The only bad thing is that they have a pretty steep pet charge. Other than that, it was a great place!
