FIRST BRING A DIGITAL CAMERA WITH YOU IF YOU MOVE IN to take pictures of the apartment as proof of its condition.

I have been here for a year. They have six month contracts as well. The management is not very friendly and some times rude when I called for some maintenance work. They often always tell you that it will be done in a few days. However, the maintenance is shoddy as well. I had called to change the battery of the smoke alarm and they left it hanging from the ceiling when they had gone. Parking is getting sparce as more people move in and out.

The rent when your contract expires and you want to go on a month to month basis. The month to month rent is 50% more than the normal rent. ie. if you pay 710-725 for a 2 bedroom, you will be paying 1050 on a month to month basis. You need to give 60 days advance notice to vacate - READ THE CONTRACT and all it's fine print or you will get slammed. All sorts of charges for cleaning and blinds even if you have never opened your windows when you leave.

Look around. There are other places that are as affordable in Cary. I have not been to the gym or the swimming pool. The card costs 10 dollars. If you lose it, they charge you 50 dollars. Go figure!.
As of this month, the property has been purchased by a different company from Tennessee.

I agree I moved out this year and I was charged for unnamed reasons. Be sure to take a camera. Also maintenance is horrible all they do is ride in golf carts and always speak to women,perverted men that work here.
