The staff at Waterford went from bad to worse recently. It was just bought by another company (no longer managed by Metric) and is now under new management. If you want to deal with rude, unhelpful people, this is the place to be. If not...run as fast as you can and go some where else! Not to mention the ridiculous fee for an amenity card. The staff wouldn't even tell me why the cards cost so much. I've been here for 2 years now and never had a problem using the laundry room, pool, etc. until they started the stupid amenity card fees! It's just a way for them to take more of your money, but they won't admit that of course. Also, parking is very tight because people park here EVERYDAY that don't even live here, and management allows it to go on. There are certainly better places to live in Cary than Waterford and I'm so glad that I'm leaving very, very soon. The decision to live here is yours, but remember, you've been warned!!! Don't let the outside appearances fool you!
