what are these people talking about'

It sounds to me that a lot of these reviews have been coming from people who have moved out of Waterford Forest. My roommate and I love it here. We still live here. The staff knows us by name. We are always treated very well when we send in our maintenance requests or have questions.
I've lived in other apartments before. My advice to you is that with ANY apartment, you need to read your own lease and know what you are responsible for. You are going to be charged for damages. You are going to have a to pay a lot of rent if you have to break your lease or pay each month without signing a new lease. I just hope that anyone reading this will understand that it is our responsibility to know your lease. Read it carefully. I have not been "fooled" by anything here.
Tha amenity fee was annoying; we agree. But we bought ours and have just gotten past it. We love it here. Our rent is so affordable...the 20 dollar one time fee was really not that bad considering the apartment we have and all the stuff we can use here.
I don't agree with these negative reviews at all.
