Wow! I've lived at waterford forest for the last 4 years and have just recently started visitng this site. Sure, the place has it's problems (slow maintenence, tight parking) but for the most part I am pretty happy with the place. Someone new bought this place over the summer and there have been lots of changes, not all of which have been good, but what apartment building is perfect' Why is it that a good review is automatically assumed to to be by a worker there' Everyone loves to complain but why can't anyone just like where they live and post it here' Knowing what it is really like here and reading these reviews . . . well, they are worlds apart. If/when I choose to move away from waterford, I surely won't trust the reviews on this website to help me make a decision on a new place to live. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I agree, people will complain before trying to work with the management to resolve their issue or give management a chance to do their job, I use the reviews to look for a trend, but a single complaint can be taken with a grain of salt.
