i am a single female living here and have lived here for one year. i can tell you i feel very safe here! i have not had any problems at all! management is always very helpful and professional and i just love my apartment!! i plan to stay here for a long time. the grounds are nicely kept and it is quiet! waterford forest is definitley worth the money and would highly recommend this place!!

no im not management ive lived here for one year and absolutely love this place!! its very quiet and i would reccomend this apartment complex to anyone!!

Ya, the above may sound like a sales pitch, but it's mostly true. My room mate and I live on the 3rd floor of one of the buildings back by the woods, and we never hear any noise, or have any problems. I've called matenience out at least 3 times, and every time they've fixed my problems. (once for clog, once for door falling off hindges, once for toilet) Twice since I've been here I've gotten a letter saying to lock your car doors due to break ins, but I think that'll happen anywhere... especially if you leave stuff in your car. Anyhow, I've been here 10 months, and would rent again if they had 3 bedroom apts. However, I'm getting married and we will need a larger place.
