I have lived here for 6 years and the management (property owners) changed about 1.5 years ago. I renewed Dec '05 under the new management. Must say the place is nice but the management is poor. Not willing to work with you at all. There have been several car break ins this past year and they haven't done anything proactive to prevent it. The water was billed and paid separatley prior to '06 but now it is billed separately but must be paid in your rent check. This was never explained. The Complex Manager is very cold and down right rude. Glad I am leaving this month. For being here 6 years I haven't been treated very well. My lease is up the end of Dec but on the renewal the end of last year they added a clause that if I don't renew must be out by the 12th of the month. They never brought this to my attention. So I really signed a 11.5 month lease.

Ive lived here for 2 years and Ive not had any problems. Car break ins occur at every complex. The water bill is not high and the manager has been extremely nice when i have comfronted her with my problems. I rate this community an A plus and plan to live here for a long time. The manager has always responded to my request in a timely manner and has been professional with me evry time I have spoken to her. This tenant must be getting evicted I have not had any problems with the manager.

Management is very rude. I had a terrible experience with the management. The maintenance. The only positive thing about this place was the location. Overpriced and overrated!
