My wife and I lived there for 2.5 years, and at first, everything was great. But after the management change, which has been mentioned in other reviews, we hated living there. Management, when they weren't incompetent, flat out lied about several things and were far less pleasant to deal with than the previous owners. And believe me, when you move out, they will try to nickel & dime you every way possible.

The area itself is very nice, safe, and quiet, but dealing with management ruined our experience there. Once you inform them of your decision to leave, expect their attitudes towards you to shift 180 degrees.
