We have lived here 3 months now and have had none of the problems that anyone mentioned. There is NOT a bug problem, the rent is reasonable, the staff is very friendly and the maintenance folks are very quick to respond. The parking is ample, we do not hear the neighbors at all and it is an all around great place to live. I wonder what complex all these other folks are talking about because it is not Waterford Forest!

Three months, huh? Give it some time. Try at least one lease renewal, a move-out, or a few maintenance issues before you comment. Good luck, though.

Wow,
Finally someone who is happy at Waterford Forest. I have lived there since May 10, 2006 and have been nothing but sastisfied. If it wasn't for the fact that we are leaving the area for Grad school next summer, we would definetely reup for the third time! I give it 5 stars!
