I have lived here for almost a year and a half and I enjoy it very much. Apartment living has its issues and it always will. Keeping that in mind this is a very nice place, the office staff is always helpful when I come in or call. Maintenance request are handled quickly and correctly. I rarely hear any noise from outside, it is a very quiet complex. I renewed my lease and I will continue to do so until I am ready to buy a place. Everyone that I talk to who lives here is happy with the apartments unfortunately most of the people who take the time to write a review are the ones with something to complain about. I would not hesitate to recommend these apartments to a friend.

I could not agree with you more. When you rent an apartment you have to keep in mind you are not the only one who may have a maintenance issue. There are other residents here as well. If you think you should be the first one they get to then it might be wise to either find a smaller property to go to or buy a house where you can get your needs met when you want it. I love this place and have enjoyed living here.
