Horrible staff and very poor maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
I have been living in the complex for the past 4 months and the apartment is in very bad condition. The management took nearly 3 weeks to fix a blocked toilet. Lot of pests and insects in the kitchen and bath rooms. Paint is peeling off from the ceiline. No one has attended the problems for the past one month. Surely a "NO" for someone looking for an apartment.
Apartments are in worse condition.
