I have recently moved out of Waterford forest after buying a home. I would have been more than happy to remain there otherwise. I had rarely experienced an issue with any facet of the property, and when I did the staff was exceptional about resolving the problem. The regular maintenance of the facility, the quiet and private aspect of the appartment, all contributed to a very positive stay of 6 years.

I agree with this post and opinion although I lived there in 2005. The only negative is that when you go month to month, it becomes very expensive. I was paying close to 175 dollars more per month, on a month to month basis. That to me is a ripoff. Staff was good, friendly and helpful otherwise. Maintenance was hardly anything that need to be done. The place was clean and lawns well kept. No bugs or ticks like the present place I am at - Oak Hollow. (No impressed and too old)
