Do not move here.The apartments themselves are horrible. They are old and have not been kept up very well.The staff in the office..i have no idea what they do all day because they arent doing anything for the apartments or even putting work orders in for them.The flush connector broke on my toilet, and it took the them two weeks to get to my apartment to fix it, so I had to manually flush my toilet for two weeks.I had a really bad bug problem and called the office two times leaving my phone number never heard a response, so i had to actually walk into the office to get a work order put in for an exterminator.Dont even bother leaving them a message on the office phone because they wont call you back.The maintenance men are idiots. Wierd men wonder around the neighborhood all the time, and it makes me very uncomfortable.They said two weeks ago that the pool would be open in a day. Now its over two weeks and the pool still is not done.. THEY SUCK!! As soon as my lease is up, I AM MOVING AWAY!!

This is Woodcreek Management: We are upgrading the units and when our company bought the property we put several million into it. I am not aware of this particular case as far as the work order because I did not work here at the time but we always make sure issues are dealt with as soon as possible. We also have a 24 hr maintenance team. Bug Problems: Here at Woodcreek we do give our residents the courtesy of free exterminations. However bug issues are usually due to the cleanliness of an apartment.
