I have been at 82 Magnolia since the beginning, 4 years now. Over time I have watched people come and people go, numerous management changes, and maintenance men changes. It has all gone down hill, I will say that the management crew is good, but what goes around the facility is just sad. We got underage drinking parties happening, hell last weekend I saw some guy pissing off his balcony, not once but twice, and a girl from the same party who could barely walk, was sloppin around the pool barfing every other step. We need some security, all kinds of people walk around all night, hell I think anyone can use the pool, I have seen people in that thing, I know dont live here. Parking is a joke, hell you got jackasses parking all over the place, and a ---- load of handicap spaces when there is no handicap people, besides, all the spaces are damn near the same distance, and if you got handicap spaces, why dont you have ramps''''' The handicaps who supposedly live there still have to climb steps, pure stupidity. Lets talk bugs, cause there is a ---- load, sometimes I wonder if I am living in the damn jungle, spiders, silverfish, I have seen roaches too. Finally that wonderful mexican craftsmanship, uneven walls, shotty paint jobs, floors look like ----. I will say that its a shame, because the place could be great, beautiful view, great management. The people who live below me are subhuman, this genius sticks cigarette butts in his balcony floor, lines them up flams and wood go great together, and the moron below him flicks his cigs into the pine straw bedding around his damn apartment, these are great neighbors, ----in geniuses.
