One of the more expensive apartment complexes, but you're pricing out the undergrads and that is perhaps priceless. The apartments themselves are very nice - new, clean, spacious. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. Pool area is very nice, gym is in need of an update. Very large Asian community. Overall quiet, if you can accept that some people stay up a bit later on the weekends. Parking is the biggest problem - previous posts are spot-on - an absurd number of poorly placed handicap spots, but I have never been completely unable to find a spot. Overall I highly recommend this apartment complex.
