some good things, some bad

I lived in these apartments for two years adn overall enjoyed the experience. I never had a problem finding parking, although the handicap space was in an odd place. I never had a problem with being able to hear my neighbors or my roomate for that matter, although I do sleep with a big fan running. I was an aerobics/dance instructor, and since I never got a complaint from the people below, I have to assume they couldn't hear the music and movement. The management was very friendly and always fixed any problems we had, although there weren't many. There was a definite problem with the toilets. Since they are "water-saving," they clog CONSTANTLY. Fortunately, for some reason, they unclog when you turn on the shower! I was in the tennis court section, so maybe all the rowdy neighbors are on the pool side. The only rowdiness I witnessed were a million Asian children in the courtyard playing in the evenings. I only really saw families here, although my roomate and I were in college. We actually avoided having parties because there were so many families around us. One comment on the bugs though-awful! I am terrified of spiders, and every night I walked in there was either a wolf spider or a jumping spider on the sidewalk. We didn't have too many in our apartment, however, we set off raid foggers once a year. We did have a wolf spider once deliver a million babies in our kitchen-what a nightmare!
