I have lived at Magnolia a little less than a year, but so far have found everything delightful. Our apartments are well-made and quite soundproof. Maintenance is very efficient, management responsive. The pool and clubhouse are lovely. I have great neighbors! I especially love our kitchen with the island and breakfast nook. Also the wood flooring in the dining room and large bathrooms with garden tubs are great. It is a wonderful neighborhood for walking - the bus stops right out front and the shopping center is right around the corner, but we are at the end of the street in a quiet location.
