Nice Apartment

The apartments themselves are beautiful. I live in a three-bedroom "Fleming" with two roommates. I have the master bedroom which is very large and the bathroom is huge. Not as fair for my roommates who have to share a much smaller bathroom, so not the best for roommate sharing. We have the second-floor apartment so the ceilings are vaulted, which is part of the reason for our huge electric bill which runs $120-170/month. The office staff changes every few months, but I don't interact with them much. They're about the same as you would find at any apartment office in Chapel Hill. The maintenance staff is responsive, if not necessarily the most knowledgeable. It took them three tries to fix my sink, but they came the same day we called them. The newly renovated gym has some nice machines. The tennis court and pool are also nice and not too crowded. There are a good number of families in the complex so there may be some early morning noise of kids playing, but it's never too bad. Overall a very nice place to live if you're willing to pay for it. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
