watch out for move out charges

Not bad not great. Taking move out pictures is ALWAYS a good idea, but especially here. One stain and they will charge you $1000 for new carpet (happened to me). Small hole (from shelf) and they will charge you $500 to redo the wall(happened to my neighbor). Make sure to go through the walk out with them, or you will leave them a fine apartment and get a large bill in the mail. There is also a LOT of car break-ins in the parking lot. 12 stolen car radios in Spring of 2003. This place is not bad, but REALLY not worth the price
