I have lived at Alta Springs for three years now and have never had a problem. The office staff is helpful, easy to get along with, and maintenance is awesome! People who are complaining about move out charges probably deserve it. Compared to other properties in the area this one is the best. Unforunately car break ins can happen anywhere and thise of us who read the paper know this.
