Have to agree that staff is pretty friendly, and rent price is average to slightly above average. But the move out charges are out of hand, especially if you have a pet. Sounds like the best ratings below come from people currently living there. Lets wait until they go to get out.

(PS check out car break-in rates from Durham County Sheriff?s office. Alta Springs is in top 5 for whole County, including the ghettos of Durham)
