Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Although they say you can be there during the move out inspection (I was, and was told "everything looks OK, we'll just need to clean carpet) I was charged $1100 for crapet replacement, a week AFTER that conversation. I am still in process of fighting this. Be careful, just because you fill the forms out and are there when they inspect, does NOT mean you will come away happy.
