We lived at Alta Springs for two years and recently moved out. The only thing we were charged for was our final water bill. We were told that management cleans the carpet and that we shouldn't. We have already received a refund of our deposit. Maybe the previous reviewer had damages '''

Anyway, the staff was wonderful. They were always friendly when we met with them or saw them around the community. Maintenance was the best! They were very quick to arrive. The landscaping is beautiful and well kept. We never saw any litter. Residents could be better with dog litter though.
Overall, we were very happy. We moved due to a job transfer.
