I wish I would have read these move out reviews before moving in. Lived in Alta Springs for 2 years, was barely ever there (Med Student) kept the place clean, attended the final "walk through" which is just a 1 min look through by a guy and he said everything looked fine. Got a bill for $150, 2 1/2 weeks later. I have left the state and I think they know it will be too much of a pain for me to fight it.

Grounds are kept nice (besides LOTS of dog waste) and the maintance staff does respond quickly. As far a noise or other things, I was not really there much so can't say. But I did want to echo the move out problems. Oh yeah and during school parking is a nightmare, like everywhere else in CH.
