I lived at Alta Springs a year ago and had a very pleasant experience. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are very well maintained. I was reading some of the reviews and it looks as though the person who is so disgruntled about move out charges keeps posting again and again. Its ashame that one person can put a bad taste in someones mouth. When I lived here I had spilled some wine on the carpet and the manager told me I was required to take care of the cost of having a patch put in. That is perfectly understandable since it was my fault. Why should the apartments be responsible for someone elses mistake' I thought they were very fair. They gave me the opportunity to correct the problem before I moved out so I can't believe the previous postings. Anyway, I enjoyed living there and the only reason I left is because of a job transfer:)
