Exceptional place to live

I lived here for 9 months in a 3-bedroom apartment and was very pleased with Alta Springs. Everything is very new and very comfortable -- from the apartments themselves, to the new pool seating they just added, to the new gas grills they recently installed.
We never had any problems with anyone in the office and unlike some previous posters here, move out resulted in no hidden or unexpected charges.
Parking would get a little tight late at nights, particularly around the 3-bedroom buildings, but walking an extra 100 feet every once and a while from the lot to your apartment is a fairly small price to pay to live in such a nice community.
Overall, I was very pleased with our decision to live here.
