Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
We were very satisfied with the facilities here as well as the kind staff. The grounds are kept clean, there is plenty of parking, and all maintenance requests were addressed in a timely fashion. Most importantly we felt valued as residents by the members of the leasing office. We would highly recommend Alta Springs to anyone looking for a quality apartment in Chapel Hill.
