Maintenance was prompt. Things were fixed within a few days. The grounds and buildings are beautifully maintained. Great location near UNC Park and Ride and Meadowmont. It felt quite safe, although occasionally we heard of breakins into cars. The gym was maintained well. 2 complaints: regarding the office they have for the residents- computers were really slow. The xerox copier was always broken. The apartment was very nice, except they should have changed the carpet from the last tenant.
Overall I was very happy here, and would recommend to my friends.
