I've heard about this site and decided to check it out for myself. I have to say I am surprised by the previous reviewers comments. I have lived at Alta Springs for a year and have just renewed my lease for another year. Many of my graduate school classmates live here too. One of the many reasons I chose Alta Springs was because of the high level of customer service and upkeep of the grounds and apartments. They also came highly recommended from the graduate school.

Here are a few examples: They stayed late the day I moved in (on a Friday no less) to go over the lease paperwork and explain everything to me, they keep doggie treats in the office (which my dog loves!) and I had a friend get married a few months ago and the office staff arranged to put their many packages in their apartment.
I am not sure why the last reviewer had a bad experience but if that review was the norm this place wouldn't be so popular with my fellow students. My advice is to check it out and make the best decision for you.
