I currently live at Alta Springs and I can't wait to get out. The staff is nice, but not very helpful. The neighbors are nice, very safe place to be. The apartment had several things wrong from the beginning, and I will move out without several problems being addressed. Had heating issues in the Winter and AC issues in the Summer. Bottom line, not worth what you will pay.
