It's OK

I've been living here for about 8 months. When I first moved in I noticed amenities that have steadily declined. There used to be a coffee machine in the computer room and it was removed for no appearant reason. Also in the same room only one computer prints (They can't be bothered to network them...). Message: Don't use the room'!' Once I had a problem printing and was treated like a child by a staff member, not even courteously, and I am not easily offended am also around 30 years of age...
Also, there was a lovely patio with 2 gas grills for residents to use. Without explanation or moderate interest in "customer service" it was removed and replaced with...absolutely nothing. The message in all of this is "we want to do the bare minimum." Rather than provide service or even explanations they'd rather simply cut back.
I am lucky to live in the back of the complex where parking is sufficient. The driveways are often crowded due to the complex's popularity. While the staff member mentioned above needs serious training on common courtesy, generally my experiences with the others have been adequate, as long as you don't ask them a favor. My unit is quiet and repairs have been made when appropriate. I'd recommend the place as "adequate."
