I have lived at Alta Springs for about a year and have really enjoyed it. They are the only pplace in the area that allowed (and seem to enjoy) my dog (140 lbs). The location is great and set back from the road so its not noisy at all. It took me a month to realize there is a back entrance so you can get to 40/Southpoint without getting stuck in traffic at all. The staff in the office is really nice and seem genuinely interested in the people that live here. They were very flexible when I moved in and I had to change the date a couple times. I have not had any big maintenance issues-but when my dishwasher stopped working they fixed it that day.
Overall I love it and plan to sign for another year!
