I lived here for just over a year and moved out a few months ago when I moved to another state. It is a very nice community. It is quiet as there are fair number of grad students and younger professionals who live there. The office was generally on top of things and were very nice. Maintenance was very fast and helpful.

The only drawbacks I had was with the heating/cooling in my unit. I do not know if the building was poorly insulated, the HVAC system in my unit was too small for the size of my apartment, or if something was wrong with my thermostat. My power bill was a little higher than it probably should of been due to the unit running almost constantly. This wasn't a major issue, but a little annoying nonetheless.

Overall I definitely enjoyed living at Alta and I would recommend it to anyone.
