Trailer park living Chapel Hill Style

The apts are old, and have not been renovated. Add an extra $50 to your
winter electric bills because the windows let in more air closed than they do open. The trash dumpsters are too far for some tenets to walk to so the trash just gets dumped near them. The staff (ha ha) has new hours, which is a plus. Before, you never knew when or if they'd be there. The rent has changed 3 or 4 times in the last 6 mths, so hold out, prices may drop. Also, if you want to re-lease, they offer no incentives for you to stay. They couldn't care less.
