With the price, good overs bad

I have stayed here since 8.2007. My wife and I really like this place because it is very cost-effective, nice and peaceful. there is a trail and lake behind it.
yes, it is old but it is neat and spacious. Where else you can get such deal in Chapel Hill'
The problem with the maintaince is true. They are slow(almost never come till you go to the office complain for 5 times at least).
The internet company-"wavelength" the community provides to you for free or $20 a month is really really really suck! I would say this is the worst and most stupid internet provider I have ever used. I spent countless time on phone with them to argue and get my account back and in the end I gave up. They will block you for weeks if they "detect" that you are using the internet heavily. And it is very slow. I hate this company but as it is free in my contract, I bear it. But the good news is that the mngt office inform us they will stop use this stupid company since too many complaints been raised! I wish this company go bankrupt soon, it is a joke for such one exist in the market.
In addition, there was several times i heard noise from neibour when they turn the music really loud.
One another thing is that the window is old and not very good to be locked and block the coldness in winter and hotness in summer. But this is not a major issue since you have air condition.
Last but not least, the parking sometime is annoying. They do not assign spots for you. So many times there are cars parked in the spot in front of your door and you need park in other people's spot.
All other aspects are good and the palce is very quiet and safe, which we like it most!
If you move to Chapel Hill, you really need check out this place but this year I heard they raise the price to $730, which is still way cheap than all other over-charged places in this area anyway. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
