These apartments are older, but they are in good shape. I've never had a problem with maintenance, and everything was fixed when there was a problem, and there were never many.
It's in a very quiet, very nice neighborhood, right next to a walking trail. If you don't want to live with undergraduates and you don't want to live in a noisy space, this is the right place for you. There are lots of families, and it's on two bus lines.
It was a great 1st apartment for my move to NC, and the staff was very, very friendly.
