(user photo) No, the walls aren't really pink, it's the lighting (user photo) One of my pet peeves - the cabinets are old and so short it's hard to fit dishes in them. I can't keep cereal in my kitchen, it has to go in the utility room.

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
Convenient to RTP/40 and Chapel Hill.I liked the apartment for the most part. There were some roof problems, but the maintenance person was pretty good about coming. The office staff was nice at the time (I lived there 1998-1999). I liked walking around Downing Creek and the neighbors were really nice, professional people. Not too many young students, which is good when you are working.
