(user photo) No, the walls aren't really pink, it's the lighting (user photo) One of my pet peeves - the cabinets are old and so short it's hard to fit dishes in them. I can't keep cereal in my kitchen, it has to go in the utility room.

great management, great location, great place

I've lived in Chapel Hill for 3 years and spent the last year at Bradford Place, but I wish I had lived here for all three. The apartments are comfortable and spacious, the grounds are beautifully manicured, and the area has a more secluded, wooded feel to it (unlike the treeless, cookie-cutter places over at Meadowmont). Very convenient to both Chapel Hill and RTP. The complex is also relatively small, so management is not stretched to impossible lengths. I would recommend Bradford Place without hesitation!
