(user photo) No, the walls aren't really pink, it's the lighting (user photo) One of my pet peeves - the cabinets are old and so short it's hard to fit dishes in them. I can't keep cereal in my kitchen, it has to go in the utility room.

I am moving soon but have found the townhouse living in Bradford Place to be one of the highlights of living in Chapel Hill. The management is friendly, caring, and fair. The maintanance man is professional and a wonderful person as well. I would recommened the townhouses over the apartments because they do truly feel like a home (try to get an end unit for more windows). Repairs are addressed immediately and the grounds are well-kept. Lots of storage inside townhomes (they have an attic and outdoor closet). I looked at so many places and am happy that my 3.5 years in NC were spent in this townhouse. Oh, very pet friendly.
