My wife and I have lived here for six months and we love it. The other reviews on here confirm what it is all about. The site is not the typical cookie-cutter type you see nowadays and very home-like with sufficent parking close to the buildings. The complex is surrounded by tall pine forests with well kept landscapeing. It is very quiet(not a place to live if you like it noisy or plan to have loud parties!) with a diverse mix of residents from students to seniors. Best of all it is actually in a neighborhood setting unlike many places we looked at!! The location is good for most commutes being right off NC54, very close to I-40. Meadowmont is right across 54 and Southpoint Mall is about 5min away with a backroad option to get there during rush hours. The interior layout in our 2br is spacious and large windows allow lots of natural light, the top floor has vaulted ceilings. We look forward to the summer when we can use the large balcony more. The management has been responsive to all our needs so far and very helpful. There were some flexible lease terms at the time we applied too.
