(user photo) No, the walls aren't really pink, it's the lighting (user photo) One of my pet peeves - the cabinets are old and so short it's hard to fit dishes in them. I can't keep cereal in my kitchen, it has to go in the utility room.

Great place, great management!

My husband and I live in one of their townhomes and we love it. The townhome is just like living in a house. The neighborhood is quiet (mostly married couples) and there is plenty of parking. The management is friendly and very prompt. There are no gym facilities which is the only drawback. All in all, one of the best kept secrets in Chapel Hill.
