Major issues: maintenance requests are ignored. Single overworked maintenance guy has a major chip on his shoulder. I've requested maintenance repeatedly and none of my calls have been returned (they never answer their phone). The A/C units are awful. My electricity bill will be a ridiculous amount because only luke-warm air comes out, and they insist nothing can be done about it. No bus line. They don't treat tenants with any respect at all.

It seemed like a nice place to live, but if you're used to being treated well from previous landlords and having maintenance requests honored, you won't get that here. As you may have read, management has changed although the same people are there, and one of them I believe is related to the owner. Regardless, any of the previous glowing reviews are from years back and things are definitely different now. Unless they want to lose all their tenants, they need to change things.
